How much will it cost?
The price of the massages will vary depending on how much staff you have, how long your sessions are, and your budget. Our massage packages starts from 2h per therapist, and goes up to 6h per therapist. We have regular pricing available for when booking 4 or more sessions.
Which package should I choose?
Again, how much time you need depends on the amount of people that are wanting a massage. As a guideline, a 2h-package with a 15-min massage session per person, would be able to cover 8 people, while a 3h package would cover 11 people, 4h covers 15 people and 5h covers 18 people.
Can the staff pay for the massages themselves?
Yes, when the staff is keen for massages, but the company cannot budget for the sessions,
we have a cash-payment options in place. When this is the case, we set up our online booking system with online payment required when booking. This is an easy way to manage bookings and allows less work for the person in charge of setting up the sessions.
A minimum of 2h is required.
As an option, the company might choose to subsidize the massages as well.
I have a Wellness Event at work coming up - what's involved in setting this up with chair massage?
This is a great question. On-site chair massage can be a great addition to a Wellness programme, and is usually great and well-received feature due to its simple set-up and high benefits (and enjoyment). I have explored this question in a lot more detail in a blog post you can find here...
How long will the massage session take?
The most common time is 15 minutes, and we can cover a lot of ground in that time.
Of course, we do 20 and 30 minute massages, or however long you require, as well.
Basically, you buy the time, and how you use it, is up to you.
Are the therapists qualified?
Yes, all our therapists are trained health professionals that hold national recognized Diplomas / Certificates and current First Aid Certificates. They have receives additional training in the specifically designed method we use for the workplace.

Do I have to organize a separate room for the massages?
No. Our chairs don't take up a lot of room, and are able to set up pretty much anywhere depending on what space you have available, and what suits your workplace. So if you have a spare room, that is fine, but if not, we'll find a space that suits.
Can I have more than one therapist?
Absolutely. Sometimes there are quite a few number of staff that all want their massage, and to condense time it is sometimes easier to bring two (or more) therapists on-site. Sometimes people like to spread the sessions over more than one day, which also works well.
What if the massage therapist is sick or away on our regular massage day?
Don't worry, if your regular therapist can't make it in on your day, we will find another one as a replacement to make sure you don't miss out. All our therapists have had the same training and use similar chairs.
Can I get a massage at my desk?
Yes, of course, although we prefer that you get up from your desk and walk to the area we have set up to have your massage in our specifically designed massage chair. In this way your muscles will be fully able to relax. However, we are flexible to your needs, so if this is your request, we will work at your desk.
Will it be painful?
Hopefully not! Your therapist works with a pressure scale and will always check in with you that the pressure is what suits you. It's your massage, you might as well enjoy it!
Are you using any massage oil?
We don't use any oil, and always put a light cover over your clothes when we work to avoid messing up your clothes.
Do I have to remove any clothing?
No. We might ask you to remove a jersey or a jacket if you are wearing one, but that is all.
