What method of payments can i use ?
We currently use PayPal with accepts all major credit and debit cards.
We also accept bank deposits and internet transfers , this method will of course take up to 24 hours to clear.

I do not have a credit card, can i pay by internet banking or bank deposit ?
Of course , send us an email and we will provide you with our Bank account number.

How and when will my order be shipped ?
Once your payment is cleared we strive to ship your order within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation email once shipped  , we use NZ Post trace and trace , you can track your order here .

Can i cancel my order ?
Once your order has left us , it will need to be treated as a return - Please see our returns policy for further details.

Do you sell gift vouchers ?
Absolutely , send us an email and let us know what you require.

Are the massage oil bottles glass or plastic ?
The bottles are cobalt blue glass bottles to keep sunlight out and stop the oils for deteriorating.

Are the oils safe to use if i am pregnant ? 
If pregnant consult a physician.
